SEALED ENCLOSURE — IP-67 RATIONALE

At high latitudes, condensation is the primary failure mode. The sealed IP-67 enclosure eliminates this variable entirely. Power consumption was kept to 12V DC to support solar input. No moving parts except the CRT fan.
